Symptoms can manifest in a number of ways, including: anger, anxiety, depression, hyper-vigilance, intrusive thoughts or memories, fatigue, nightmares, flashbacks, loss of concentration, avoidance, emotional detachment, isolation, lack of trust and/or suicidal thoughts.

How we address these symptoms is key to a healthier more wholesome life.

At Free Indeed Therapy, our goal is to help direct you through the process of healing in an effective and efficient manner. We will go beyond just talking about your symptoms in healing the deep scars left behind from your trauma. Our goal is to get you well and fully functioning in your world in the shortest length of time possible.

Our therapists are trained is addressing the root of the symptoms manifested by trauma/PTSD. They use a variety of modalities to treat trauma/PTSD, depending on the nature and severity of the trauma. We include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neurofeedback, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (ADEP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Your therapist will design a healing plan specifically for you.  After the initial consultation, they will develop the treatment plan that best suits where you are in your recovery process; whether that is in the discovery stage of your PTSD, the realization stage or the in the throughs of the deep healing.

As the founder of Free Indeed Therapy, I strive to provide the utmost care for my clients and for the clients of the therapists working at Free Indeed.  That is why I have encouraged our therapists to specialize in an area of their choosing to best serve the clients they treat.  My personal speciality is the treatment of trauma using EMDR as my primary modality along with a host of other treatment methods, as needed.
