At Free Indeed Therapy, our goal is to help direct you through thenprocess of healing in an effective and efficient manner. We will go beyond just talking about your symptoms by healing the deep scars left behind from your trauma. Our goal is to get you well and fully functioning in the shortest length of time possible.

Our therapists are trained to address the root of the symptoms manifested by trauma/PTSD. They use a variety of modalities to treat trauma/PTSD, depending on the nature and severity of the trauma. We include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We can refer you to a qualified, licensed professional for Neurofeedback.

After the initial consultation, your therapist will develop the treatment plan that best suits where you are in your recovery process; whether that is in the discovery stage of your PTSD, the realization stage or the deep healing stage.
