What is the cancellation policy?
  1. compensation for our time is how we provide for our families;
  2. forcing your counselor into a parental or authority position, having to decide the merits of a particular situation, can affect your therapeutic relationship and impact our ability to work together as equals on the road to self-improvement;
  3. with enough advanced notice we can often fill your reserved time, but without it we cannot;
  4. learning to live within boundaries and the emotions that come with those boundaries are a very important part of the therapy process.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Do I have to fill out paperwork?
Do I have to disclose my medical history?
Do you offer childcare?

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare. If you do not have childcare, please reschedule your appointment.

Can I bring my pets to my appointments?
Are my sessions confidential?

Each counselor’s informed consent provides the details of confidentiality. By state laws, we are bound to confidentiality. However, there are exceptions:

  1. if you express the desire to harm yourself or others;
  2. if you discuss the abuse or neglect of a child, elder or vulnerable person;
