Our Story

Free Indeed Therapy was founded in 2016 by Renee Trimble, licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor, with a focus on evidence-based treatment for trauma/PTSD, substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, marriage concerns, and behavioral difficulties.

As Free Indeed’s clinical director, Renee stays at the forefront of the latest, clinically proven, effective treatments. Renee has assembled a knowledgeable staff with an emphasis on creating a safe, healing environment where everyone feels welcome.

Our therapists leverage their extensive experience to help our clients acknowledge and process the issues at hand while providing the tools to effectively cope.
